Controls in the App
- Open Ivuta and go to Settings → Privacy Center.
- Turn “Share anonymous product analytics” on or off.
- Turn “Share non-sensitive crash diagnostics” on or off.
- Choose “Delete all local reports” to remove scan reports stored on your device.
Camera frames, raw network histories and raw Bluetooth advertisements are never uploaded to Ivuta. Uninstalling the App also removes its local application data from the device.
Request access or deletion
To request access, deletion, correction, restriction or objection relating to server-side information, email privacy@ivuta.com with the subject “Ivuta Privacy Request.” Include your platform (iPhone or Android), country and request type. We may request additional information to verify the request.
Feedback is not directly linked to your name or email. If a specific pseudonymous record cannot reasonably be identified, record-level access or deletion may not be technically possible without the related identifier or transaction information. We will still review your request, explain the available steps and respond within the deadline required by applicable law.
