Quick help
The camera will not open
Enable Camera permission for Ivuta in system settings. Close any other app using the camera and try again.
No devices appear on the network
Confirm that your phone and the devices you are authorized to inspect use the same Wi‑Fi network. VPNs and access-point isolation can limit visibility.
The Bluetooth result is empty
Turn on Bluetooth, allow nearby-device access and ensure the accessory is advertising. Some devices are not continuously visible.
The magnetic reading is high
Cases with magnets, wiring, speakers, metal and ordinary electronics affect the sensor. Calibrate in a clear area first.
Infrared inspection is unavailable
Run the TV-remote compatibility check first. Some phone cameras strongly filter infrared light.
Ivuta Pro is missing
Confirm that you are signed in to the store account used for the purchase, then choose “Restore purchases.”
Interpret results carefully
A finding does not prove that a camera exists. Mirrors, polished metal, LEDs, routers, televisions, speakers and wiring can create similar indicators. Change your angle, use multiple methods and verify objects manually. A clear Ivuta result does not guarantee that a space is safe.
Contact support
