1. Service and eligibility
These Terms form an agreement between you and Vumoa LLC, the operator of Ivuta: Hidden Camera Detector. The App is an awareness tool that helps you inspect optical, local-network, Bluetooth, magnetic and compatible infrared indicators available to your phone. If you are a minor under applicable law, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf before you use the App. Vumoa LLC’s postal address is 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110-7845, United States.
2. Important safety limitation
Ivuta is not a safety guarantee, professional surveillance sweep or conclusive camera detector. No phone can detect every powered-off, disconnected, well-concealed or silent surveillance device.
A clear result does not prove that a space is safe. A suspicious result does not prove that a camera exists. Mirrors, LEDs, polished metal, wiring, speakers, routers, televisions and other ordinary objects can produce similar signals. Verify results manually. If your personal safety may be at risk, leave the area and contact local authorities or a qualified security professional.
3. Permitted use
Ivuta grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license for personal, lawful use. You must not:
- scan networks, devices or premises you do not own or have permission to inspect;
- invade privacy, harass, stalk or conduct unlawful surveillance;
- attempt to sign in to devices, bypass authentication, exploit vulnerabilities or access private data;
- use the App for malware, automated abuse or illegal activity;
- copy, sell, reverse engineer or create derivative works except where applicable law expressly permits it.
4. Permissions and device capabilities
Some features require camera, Bluetooth/nearby-device or local-network access. Permissions are requested when you open the relevant feature. You may decline; that feature may not work, but other available features can remain usable. Magnetometer availability and infrared sensitivity vary by device model.
5. Ivuta Pro, payments and renewal
Any free-use limit and Ivuta Pro’s weekly, monthly or yearly subscription offered to you are described on the purchase screen with the included features, billing period and full localized price. If a free trial or introductory offer is available, the screen also states its duration, eligibility and the price charged when it ends. Your subscription begins when the store confirms the purchase and renews automatically for the same period at the price disclosed by the store, unless you cancel before the store’s renewal deadline. Apple App Store or Google Play charges your store account.
Manage or cancel in your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period, unless the store or applicable law provides otherwise. Use “Restore purchases” while signed in to the same store account. Refunds and billing disputes are handled under the rules of the store that processed payment, without limiting mandatory consumer rights. Prices, taxes and product availability may vary by country.
The App is licensed, not sold. On Apple platforms, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. On Android, applicable Google Play terms also apply. Mandatory store terms control if they conflict with these Terms.
6. Intellectual property and feedback
The Ivuta name, owl mark, App design, copy, software and related materials belong to Vumoa LLC or its licensors. If you submit optional feedback, you allow us to use that non-personal feedback to improve the product. You retain rights in content that belongs to you. You are responsible for any report or evidence you export or share and must respect the privacy and other rights of people who may appear in it.
7. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue features for security, performance, legal or platform reasons. Internet access, third-party services, hardware and operating-system limits can cause interruptions. Core inspection features remain local where possible; updated rules, optional feedback and purchase verification may require a connection. We will not remove access already required by mandatory consumer law, and material subscription changes are handled through the applicable store’s notice and consent process.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or detect every device. Except for rights that cannot be limited by law, Ivuta is not liable for reliance solely on an App result, false positives or false negatives, or indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
9. Termination, governing law and disputes
Access may be restricted if you materially violate these Terms or create a security risk. You may stop using Ivuta at any time by uninstalling it; uninstalling does not cancel an active subscription. These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, subject to mandatory consumer and privacy laws in your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to give up a court, regulator, complaint or dispute-resolution channel that cannot lawfully be waived.
10. Changes and contact
We will publish an updated date when these Terms change and provide additional notice where required for a material change. The Privacy Policy explains how Ivuta handles information.
